Gizmo watch 2-no sound

The sound on daughter’s gizmo watch 2 doesn’t work. I can hear her but she can’t hear me or any other sound on her watch. I tried turning it on and off, deleting her watch from my phone and reinstalling it, but it still doesn’t work. Please help.

Has the Gizmo had any contact with water? Is there any physical damage to it?
