Gizmo watch 3 not receiving calls

I just upgraded 2 lines to Gizmo watch 3.  Both the watches are not receiving calls from iPhone's from the approved contact list. The watch rings couple of times and then the call fails. Sometimes there is message announcement 902. Both the watches can receive calls from Android OS phones. Outgoing calls are also working fine. I spent couple hours  with support but they were of not any help. Anyone had similar issues? How was it fixed? At this time I am thinking if the issue is not resolved I may have to return the watches.

That is indeed an odd behavior for the Gizmo Watch 3, rama43016. I know if I had Gizmo Watches for my children, whom are still too young, that I would want them to work with my iPhone. We're here to help get this working. Please be on the lookout for a private note from us.

I  am having a similar problem with my daughters watch and my husbands iPhone. Was any solution found to fix this?

I am working with the Gizmo Team.  It's been over 3 months and they are still not able to resolve it. Not sure if they have any resolution.

Hey Tkmom4, I know how important it is for your daughter's watch to be working. I would be just as concerned if my childrens watches stopped working as well. We're here to help. Can you tell me more about what happen when you try to call her watch? What about when she tries to call you from the watch? When did this first start happening?

Wish I would have seen this post before we bought the watch as well. My daughter can’t answer our calls and the automatic answer feature doesn’t work. It just says “call failed” after two rings.

Haven’t seen anyone above post an update about potential resolution, but wanted to do so for others viewing this. The watch (Gizmo 3) did a software update while charging overnight, that now allows our daughter to answer our calls on her watch and allows for the “auto-answer calls” feature to work.

The update also now allows her to compose her own texts on her watch, rather than just select from a preset list. So if you are having the “call fail” issue AND the watch only allows for preset texts, then it is likely the watch needs a simple software update.

My son’s Gizmo 2 watch that he’s had for 5 months isn’t able to receive or make phone calls. Texts used to work but now only work occasionally without warning. So disappointed with this product!

When did this issue first start happening? What happens when you try to call him, or he tries to call out? Any changes with the device before this started?

We have the same issue with both of our daughter's Gizmo 3 watches. I've tried troubleshooting it on my own by turning the watches off and on, and turning on the automatic pick up but it still will not recieve any calls. whenever we call thier number, it rings 2x then an automated voice says "the number you dialed is busy at this time, please try and call again later". 

Edit: The devices can recieve and send out text messages and can call out but we cannot call it.

No changes that I recall besides the regular updates. So far the watches can call each other up but its does not ring when I call it from my phone and gives us that voice message that the line is busy and call again later when its not.
