Hello. My daughter has a new gizmo watch 3. My husband and I are set up as guardian one and guardian 2. We are able to receive text messages from her but when we send text messages back through the Gizmo app hub, she does not get them. Any help is appreciated!
Hello, Supersushimom, it's defintiely important to be able to communicate with your daughter! Have you ever received messages from her? Is everything else working normally with communication with the GizmoWatch? Does yoru daughter receive calls from you?
