I'm so upset. Verizon forced the use of Google Messages however, it's not good on other devices. After spending a few days trying to figure out why I can no longer use text to voice on my Galaxy 7 watch I was informed by Samsung that Google Message isn't compatible with the text to talk feature. Really Verizon. Per Samsung I have to use an outdated message app that is supported by Both Samsung and Verizon. I purchased the Galaxy 7 watch for several reasons one of them to use the text to talk feature. So instead of using a really good message app that I have had for several years I either don't use the talk to text feature and don't use my Galaxy 7 watch to talk to text which was one of the top reason for getting it. So instead I am being forced to use the Samsung message app that is totally outdated just so that I can talk to text. Before I was forced to switch to Google Message I would text my husband several times using the talk to text feature. It was so simple to use and it was very helpful. So instead of using a good message app I'm no longer able to send good quality videos or pictures with the Samsung Message app because it's so outdated. Verizon you have a huge problem on your hands. Why force something on us when we can't use it on other devices. You need to fix this.
