I bought a pixel 3 watch and it is unable to connect to my account. It will work with wifi but not my cellular service. I did a week of troubleshooting before returning the watch. No one can tell me exactly what went wrong, except that there is some sort of block on my account and an issue with the number share. I would love to fix this issue but have no idea who to talk to. Calling or chatting just gets me customer service agents who don't know what to do and tier 2 basically gave up.

Hi there Jb60384! Your satisfaction is our priority and we would love to help! If the cellular never worked, the digital sim may have needed to be reset along with the watch. That is normally the way we can get it working. Do you have the watch or have you purchased another watch that you'd like added to your account?
