New Gizmo 3 watch intermittently cannot talk on phone. I bought a new Gizmo 3 watch so I can talk to my son when he is outside. He can hear me, but I cannot hear him. It is not all the time. He has had it for 1 week.
Any update or reason for this? I cannot find an answer online. Thanks

The same thing has happened with my niece's watch. She can hear the caller, but we can barely hear here. The watch is only about 6 months old and I am still paying for it. 👎

Hey there, tms619, we know how important it is for you to be able to keep in touch with your niece! Is this happening on both incoming and outgoing calls from the Gizmo? Does it happen no matter who she is speaking with? Do you recall any changes just before this issue started?
