No alarm sound on Gizmo 3 adventure

Hi,

Gizmo question. My son's alarm clock has been only buzzing, no sound. Does anyone know how to make it go back to normal?

I checked and it was not in school mode, and the volume was at 100%. It rang normally for a call and for Find Gizmo, and made an alert noise for a message. I set a new alarm for a minute later and again it only buzzed.

When the alarm is set I notice that the home screen indicates "no alarm" rather than the time that the alarm is set for.

Does anyone know how to make the alarm function work again?

  1. Swipe left or right from the main screen to access the Gadgets screen 
     
     
  2. Tap the Alarms icon
