I placed an order for 2 Apple Watches, upgrading two gizmo watches. My first order took 6 hours to place over live chat. And when I received the package; all though the brown ups box was intact, the Apple Watch boxes themselves were torn and the watch faces missing out of both.
I contacted Verizon right away, they opened a ticket,, said they would send replacements. I contacted 3 days later, no replacements sent and I was refunded. They told me to reorder, waived some fees and waived the overnight shipping fee as well. This was Monday. It is now Friday, I have reached out every single day to figure out why the watches have not yet shipped (even with overnight shipping). My bank is going to cancel the pending charge as it expires today. What a complete failure of customer service and I will NEVER order another thing from Verizon online again.
I have been a loyal Verizon customer for 18 years!!

This just happened to me yesterday I received my new Apple Watch package and the cardboard shipping box was intact fine and there was a smashed box with the wristband inside and instructions on how to activate my watch. The white Apple box for my watch face had been opened with the white tape cut ( which I noticed after) the charging cable was there and no watch face! I called Verizon and they created a ticket. I am extremely upset and all I was told is to call back on Monday. Iโve been with Verizon for over 20 years and have never had any problems with receiving my new product - I am devastated! Especially after reading how they handled your similar situation!
