I recently ordered a iPhone and an Apple Watch, which I used two day shipping for both, but I only received the iPhone. I placed my order on December 1st . It’s now the 8th, the Apple Watch still hasn’t shipped and it’s now sold out online. I have contacted support about this. They say it’ll ship soon but they cant say why it hasn't shipped yet. That defeats the whole purpose of the two day shipping.
We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the shipping of the watch. If you paid for two day shipping, if the device was backordered, then you should have that charge refunded once the device ships. ~Peter
