Placed an Order, Got cancelled but doesnt let me take action!

So I placed an order today for mine and my boyfriends new phones. An hour later i got an email saying that the order was cancelled and to call the fraud department. I also cannot make a VZW account with my email because it disallows me so, so i have trouble getting any form of customer service! Please Help!

We're sorry to hear that you're running into so many obstacles trying to get an account set up for you and your boyfriend, IrisOcean. Our Fraud Prevention Team can place an order on hold, or even cancel it, and they usually look for additional ID verification before they move to cancel an order. Your best bet would be to contact our Fraud Prevention Team at 888-483-7200. They are available daily from 7AM - 11PM ET.

I placed an order and they asked me to verify with my ID and I did that and I was never notified that my order was being cancelled after I had already paid for the device and was excited to join Verizon. This was a bad first impression and am disappointed

Same thing happened to me never go for Verizon smh for phones I’m sticking with T-Mobile or boost at this point
