Verizon Gizmo watch, volume to low

The volume on the watch at 100% is barely audible. Is this a defect or is there some other way to adjust the volume on a system level?

Making sure I am able to adjust the volume on my Gizmo is vital. I will be more than happy to assist. Please share with me what happens when you
- Swipe to the left on your watch until you see the Settings screen.
- Tap the. Volume icon. on the watch.
- Drag the slider to preferred volume?
