With the popularity of wearables that are able to connect to LTE service, why hasn't Verizon taken the initiative to develope better cellular technology that works with the watches that they are selling? Why even sell a Number Share service unless it is stable? Why aren't Verizon customers service agents trained to automatically reach out to tech support when having activation issues? I'm one of the many frustrated Verizon customers. Why can't Verizon do better?
