non registered device

Having some charging issues and went to account for help. I found out my watch says non registered. I didn't have the problem with the series 7. how do i get the series 9 registered?

Hi, I'm assuming you have multiple devices all under one account and when you login to My Verizon, all the devices appear in the one login? If so, only one device is considered the "main" one. All the others appear as "non-registered" because they do not have a separate login in My Verizon to view their details. This is just something with My Verizon and doesn't affect how your devices function.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
