Cannot link to data using cellular connection, only wifi HTC One M8 w/ Windows

For the first few days of use my HTC 1 worked flawlessly between wifi and using cellular data when wifi was weak. Now it will not use cellular data at all even if there is a strong signal. I have allowed for it to use cellular data at any time.

Try turning on airplane mode wait a few seconds and turn it off.  If that doesn't work, do a soft reset.

This happens time to time with any mobile OS.
