Why does my Samsung Convoy 3 just turn itself off ? It can be in my pocket or just sitting on the table. My other convoy 3 never did this. Any ideas as to why would be greatly appreciated. It drives me crazy. crazyV
IT is probably a fault in the battery or power supply. If you have had the phone a long time, it may be time to replace it.
IF you have had it less than one year it may still be under warranty.
