I no longer can hit "1" or "2" or "3" for call prompts when calling offices without people saved on those numbers for speed dial are called. Started after our message service was updated
Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention, NEWSCAT. It is important for you to be able to press the call prompts in the call menu.
What device do you have? Does it only happen when you press and hold the number to get to the menu call prompts?
