You cannot use this feature. You must be a United States Verizon customer. Just because it is sold as working on Verizon, or might work with Verizon, or even as a Verizon-branded phone, does not mean it will work without a Verizon service agreement.
I thought you had to be a Verizon customer and that the hotspot feature didn't work with overseas operators.
All Lumia Models sell Nokia in Pakistan is 100% working, Local Mobile Operators allow Mobile Hotspot Sharing.
And you are using Verizon services in your country as a customer of Verizon, not just using a Verizon Windows Phone with a local carrier?
Im not verizon customer, verizon sell lumia 822 on open bid to use any country in the world. Verizon forgot to unrestrict access point setting to use for other country.
