I was told this phone would "talk to text". It does not: you have to record an audio message, save it and send it. That is not Talk to Text; I was lied to. Anyone else have this phone?

Handsfree phones are a safe way to stay in communication when you need to be focused on something else. The Exalt LTE does have an option to read out different screens, including texts. This can be found in Settings > Accessibility > Readout. You would then see different options to configure the Readout feature to your liking.
As for the Voice Command feature, after being set up via Tools > Voice Command, you would be able to tell the phone who to start a call or text with, along with other options like opening a certain application or checking various phone settings.
