I have a L G Revere 3 flip phone. The Screen went blank. The screen is lighted white and completely blank no display. The phone will still receive and transmit.

Try removing the battery. Let the phone sit for a minute or so, then reinsert the battery and try to power on the phone.
If that doesn't get the phone going, you may need to replace it. It's out of the 1 year warranty, so no help there. If you have insurance it can be replaced for a deductible, and if you don't have insurance, you may be able to find the same or similar phone on swappa, ebay, Verizon's CPO devices, or through friends.
