subject says it all. When someone calls who is on my contacts list, only the phone number shows; not the contact. Some internet searches indicate this is a software bug with the phone, but I thought it good to ask if there is a fix.

I'm sorry you are having Caller ID issues with your phone nlinesk8s! At this time, this is not considered a known software issue with this phone. If powering the phone off/on has not resolved the issue, I would suggest completing a Hard Reset, http://vz.to/1e6biga which erases the data and can help with software bugs that may crop up in individual phones. Be sure your phone is backed up before resetting!
