Windows Phone error unable to reboot message to press any key to shut phone down. No screen available to press, help.
Thats definitely not good, respond. We are here to help get your phone working again. Have you tried a forced reboot by chance? Please hold down the Power keys for about 10 seconds. Do you recall anything that may have been processing when this occurred? Any new updates prior?
