Nokia Lumia 928 won't sync Yahoo! e-mail

My Nokia Lumia 928 hasn't been able to sync my Yahoo! e-mail for two days now. I've tried rebooting the phone and uninstalling and reinstalling the e-mail account, with no luck. Any suggestions?

I want to ensure you're able to retrieve your Yahoo email on your Nokia Lumia 928 again!
Can you confirm the incoming and outgoing server addresses saved in your device for your Yahoo Mail account? What is showing for the incoming and outgoing ports? Lastly, do you have the full email address as your user name?

Hello, thank you for your response.
When I look in the Yahoo! mail settings on the phone, I see the following:
User name is my full Yahoo! mail address . . . rebeclowe@yahoo.com.
Incoming email server shows winmo.imap.mail.yahoo.com:993:1
Outgoing (SMTP) email server shows winmo.smtp.mail.yahoo.com:465:1
Underneath the server addresses, there are four boxes, all of them are checked. They are:1. outgoing server requires authentication2. use the same user name and password for sending e-mail3. require SSL for incoming email4. require SSL for outgoing email
That's all the information I see. Hopefully something there provides the clue to the mystery.
