Any ideas? I get "media content in message: but I can't open it..
most likely the media in the message is in a format that your phone can't open. Maybe its from an iPhone so windows doesn't have the capability to open the apple format? Or just try pressing and holding on it to open it another way. Is it a video or a picture or a document?
