Octane Phone. How do I REMOVE and DELETE a picture with a ??? Mark that calls itself "Animaciones"??? This has happened to me numerous times, then my phone turns itself OFF.

CalGurlz, that's a very odd behavior for your phone. We're here to get this solved. How long has this been going on? Where are you finding these pictures? Have you updated your software or added any applications recently?
