I have a basic phone by Samsung, I use to be able to down load to my photo album and see it on line. I can't do this anymore? It says there is not any media detected? What can I do to download my photos?

Depending on the specific phone, you may be able to download the photos directly to your computer via the SD card, USB cable, or Bluetooth, or by texting/e-mailing them to yourself if you have a text or data package. Which phone do you have?
