When I run the Pandora app, I get the message "Network Issues", although I am connected to a network.
Try two things,
Restart tour phone. If that does not work, uninstall and re-install the Pandora app.

Let's get to the bottom of this! Do you only get that message when accessing Pandora? What phone model do you have?
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app and rebooting the phone. Retest and keep me posted if the issue persist.
