The side buttons work but anything on the front and /or screen is locked up. I can't cut if off and cannot get to anything to remove the battery. Suggestions?
After searching for several hours I found an article telling me how to forcefully reboot the phone in case anyone else has this issue. Hold the volume down and power button together for at least 10 seconds. This will force the phone to reboot.
