Photos not uploading from LG Cosmos 3 phone to Verizon cloud storage

When I press "Send to Online Album," the phone loads the message and says that the photo was sent, but I don't get the confirmation text and it doesn't show up in the Cloud. By the way, I know that the actual online album service was discontinued--up until a couple weeks ago, it would just reroute the photo to my Verizon cloud photo gallery. My cloud account is also far from reaching max storage. Does anyone know what could be going wrong? Thanks!

dunnydelux,
Having your pictures backed up is definitely important! We wouldn't want you to lose anything! When you are sending the pictures, are you following the steps in this link: http://vz.to/1IwBw9D? After you send them, you will want to log in with the 10 digit number that they are synced with to this Verizon Cloud site: http://vz.to/1RARtOU. Keep us posted if this works for you. Thanks!
