Picture Msg Loading

I have an Intensity II and my wife just got an IPhone.  Somtimes when she texts me a message I get "Picture Msg Loading" and I recieve a blank text with "No Subject".  Can someone tell me what is wrong.

I hope your wife is liking her new iPhone.  We'd be happy to investigate the picture messaging issue.  There should be no reason why you're receiving a "picture message loading" error. Let's gather some more details to find out whats happening.  Does this is only happening on certain picture messages?  Have you noticed any patterns? Does she have iMessage turned on or off?
