Samsung Intensity® III not receiving calls

My sons phone will not receive any phone calls. It will make calls and text.  Any suggestions?

lukecolby72 We want your son to receive all of his calls! When did this issue begin? Has he ever been able to receive calls? What happens when someone tries to call his number? Please share details so we can help.
