my Samsung convoy keeps running backup assistant plus, then shuts off the phone. How can I disable this? When I go into apps and select backup assistant plus, I cannot select ‘delete’ from the drop down menu.
Let's work to keep your phone on as I know the importance! I apologize as the device does not give the option to delete Backup Assistant Plus. When did this start? Does the phone shut off if you manually try to run the app?
