Transferring Numbers Question

I work for a company that provides cell phones for all the supervisors. We recently had a change in the ranks, and my boss would like to do some switching of phone numbers. We have:
Number/Phone A (android smart phone with SIM card)
Number/Phone B (basic flip phone with no SIM card)
We would like Number B to go to Phone A, and Number A to go to Phone B.
Since only one phone has a SIM card, I'm wondering if this is possible? The nearest Verizon store is about a 45 minute drive, so we would like to avoid that, if at all possible.
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

You probably can do the swap with Customer Service (800-922-0204) from a phone not involved in the swap. You MAY need a new SIM card (that can be mailed to you, free) for the Android, but CS can walk you through the steps to get the #'s swapped.
