LG Revere-I do not have a voice mail notification icon showing when there is voice mail- do I have to check for it each time I turn it on? Seems silly!
Pull the battery or dial *86 and make sure notifications are turned on in your personal options. Sometimes *228 option 2 helps
Notification is turned on but no icon when I turn the phone on-perhaps I always have to check?
You say when you turn the phone on. When you leave the phone on and let's say you are not near it to hear it ring and have a voicemail does it display it then? I am wondering if it has something to do with the phone being off that it doesn't catch up and display the icon although I think when I had flip phones if I turned the phone on the voice mail icon would eventually show up to alert me after a few minutes. Mary
No the icon never shows up- seems silly!
Are you able to hard reset it?
Let's get that voicemail working UPLive! Please call your voicemail, choose "personal options" and be sure your message waiting indicator is turned on. This will ensure that you receive a notification for your messages.
