When I receive a call I hear "Verizon Wireless" spoken and then hear my ringtone. How do I eliminate the Verizon Wireless message?
We want you to have your phone as streamlined as possible. Have you tried going into the settings of your voicemail by pressing 1 on your device. From there you should be able to change your settings to remove or disable the Verizon Wireless message.
