Hi,
I have been an iphone user since the first iPhone. I thought a switch was in order I now use the lumia 928.
My wife and I and friends always group text. They have iphones.. is this possible? I can send them texts but i am not recieving any of the group texts. Is this user error? Or is this not a feature. I have group text turned on. it sends but i receive nothing.
Whats the deal?

SuzyQ, excellent point. Thank you for that contribution. The other user can go to settings> Messages> and select send as SMS. Here are instructions for removing the device from the AppleID: http://bit.ly/JfmybR . Another useful link in case iTunes is not accessible is the link to access the account online: http://bit.ly/1gF5zik . Hope the community finds these links useful.

I want to ensure you have a positive experience with your Lumia 928. May I ask what software version you're currently running? Please ensure that current software version, 3045.0000.1328.2046 is running.

If your friends are still sending you messages as iMessages, you won't receive them on the Lumia. If your phone number is still associated with your iTunes account, it can cause mixed signals when text messages are received. Remove your phone number from your iTunes account; have your friends check to be sure they are sending you messages as SMS, not as iMessages.

You can send to multiple people at once but when the reply comes back it will be just to you and if you reply back to that person it will be just to that person. So not like a "reply to all" as in email or other devices.
