Why won't videos work on my device?

Hello! I'm trying to get videos on my phone (Samsung Brightside), but once I put the videos onto it and try to view them all it says is that it is not available. Can you help?

I googled and I see it says it supports H.263, MPEG4. MPEG4 is what I use on my devices and is a standard format so if your video is not in that format or the other one then you would need to convert it. Here is the usuer manual that might have more info. Mary
