My wife has an LG Extravert and has received photos she would like to transfer to our computer Photoshop gallery - can this be done with this phone???

I understand how important it is to transfer your pictures harbormaster.I apologize for the problems you've had, once you have the USB cable, follow these steps http://vz.to/1sT1VE5 and select Mass Storage.

You should be able to plug a USB cable into your computer and into the charging port on the phone and get the photos that way. You can also just attach them to an email and send it to yourself, go to the computer, open your email, and download them to your computer and open in Photoshop.
I have tried the USB cable and it will not transfer from this phone - how do you send e mail from an extravert?
Are you encountering error messages when you connect the phone and computer via the USB cable?
