5/12/14 @ about 9:15 PM, I Downloaded the latest Nokia update, now my phone won't finish it's reboot sequence. All I am seeing is a red screen that has the Verizon logo on it. IT has been frozen for 1 hour and counting. No Bueno

I downloaded the latest Nokia update today.  now my screen has been frozen in place for the last hour, with the Verizon logo on a red screen.  I can not manually reboot, hard reboot it, or even remove the battery on this 928.

Try holding the power and volume down button together for a long time, like 30 seconds or so, and see if that jump starts anything?
