928 backup failed.

Has anyone  else using  a windows phone experienced a failed cloud backup? trying to find out if mine was a device specific issue or something else. I had all my backup settings checked off properly but  factory reset I did wiped the whole thing clean, texts, emails, apps you name it

I can't say I've heard of this issue before, june1234. Do you get an error message? Has it been this way since you got your 928?
