Microsoft has already stated that at this time they have no intention of supporting it, citing security as one of the biggest reasons. They stopped short of SAYING never, but that's the impression they gave.

Probably Never.
WP7 has Silverlight, with HTML5 support coming soon.
Flash is a huge resource hog, soon-to-be outdated, and clunky even on desktop computers (Not to mention it is riddled with security holes). This is the main reason so many mobile devices don't support it.

So wait let me get this straight... Same reasons Apple gave about adobe flash being on the iPhone, and MS somewhat bashed Apple for saying it... Came out with WMP7 and now are saying the same thing??? Who'da'thunk?
Seriousness aside... When HTML5 becomes a standard I do see plugins fading away. That is years away, but in all honesty I am glad flash isn't on my phones... Most of the flash on the internet are advertisements anyway... Most places who are smart use imbedded YouTube vids and well YouTube app opens up when you click on them lol.

Myself, I'll be happy this fall when Silverlight will work on the phone. Kind of funny... I program Silverlight for apps on this phone, but the browser doesn't support it. I can't open some of Microsoft's own web pages using my Microsoft phone. NICE.
