Hello laramr,

Thank you for contacting us concerning your issue with picture messages. When you are on our network, you want to ensure DATA is turned on. If you are using WiFi your picture messaging services over our network will not provision as MMS over Mobile DATA so you will have to either send the picture as an attachment to an email or turn off WiFi to send as a (Multi-Media Message) over Mobile DATA. The reason is because your messaging services are billed through Verizon Wireless and not through your ISP's billing system. Once you're on our network, your messaging services should work. Hope this helps.

Make sure you have your mobile data turned on , a picture message wont retrieve the photo if your only internet connection is your wifi.
