bought my hubby an Alcatel Go flip. Have only had it 3 weeks. The battery charge only lasts about 6 hours. Any ideas on why?
Millerdm9, this does seem a bit odd. We would expect the phone to last longer than 6 hours on a full charge. Are you using the charger that came with the device? When the phone is removed from the charger, it does show that it's 100% charged? Is there any physical or liquid damage to the phone or the charger? KevinR_VZW
I had a similar problem. It would barely last a full day, even when I hardly ever used it. Then I decided to turn off the WiFi and after that it lasts about 3 days.
