Any hope for Windows 10 upgrade on HTC One M8? Was promised a year ago, but havent seen yet.

Did the research back in April of 2015 - was told that Verizon would upgrade the M8 to Windows 10 platform. As of 2016, I still have not received that upgrade. Was I lied to, or is this something that I can still expect to see?

First we have to wait till Microsoft releases Windows 10 Mobile which rumor is sometime in February originally it was supposed to be released in December.  Right now it's only available via the Insider Program.

An insider has told me the M8 will NOT be getting W10 Mobile. It will miss the hardware cutoff. But this is still unconfirmed by Microsoft officially.
