I thought my phone was rebooting itself like it's done several times in the past but when I tried to turn it on all I get is a solid blue screen. I googled this and found out that this is what they call the Blue Screen Of Death?? My phone isn't even a year old!!

Thanks but that's not what my phone is doing. It is just a solid blue screen and nothing else. Any other suggestions??

You have to do the reset which it states in the thread, then it goes to the spinning gear. Then you follow the whole link of instructions I gave you.
The above link gives information and solutions for the 928.
