I have followed the information provided by HTC to go to settings > email + accounts > select backup assistant plus then perform a sync.
this results in brief "connecting" message and then the backup assistant screen. Pressing "sync now" results in the message Last Sync Status - Failure. (see attached screen shot)
Can anyone help besides pointing me to the documentation that I've already read?
Oh no, let's get you back in business and your contacts as synced up. When using our Backup Assistant are you on our network or using Wi-Fi? Have you cleared out the cache on the Backup Assistant application since getting this error message? Please advise so we can get your error resolved.
