Backup Assistant Timing Out

I have been trying online to retrieve my contacts from backup assistant to my new phone.  It keeps timing out. Why?  Is it because I have 300 contacts?

Any options?  Thanks.

does your new phone have backup assistant installed on it? If so try updating from your phone. If not you need to download it to your phone, then update.
