Although my phone is powered on, the only thing that shows is the date and time. Not able to access anything on the phone due to the black screen.
We are here to help, BRaborn. What troubleshooting steps have you completed to try to restore your Nokia Lumia 822? Have you verified that the device is updated? You may need to do a factory reset, here is a link: https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-115992/ . This will erase all content and saved information on the device.
