After updating my phone, calls now come through the speaker on the back of my phone instead of out of the speaker at ear level. Also, with call volume set to 0 the volume is still rather loud and it's impossible to have a private conversation. This is something that needs to get fixed soon, because I'd rather not pay this much a month for a texting device...
The same happened to me after GDR3 update. I received a phone call and I could hear the other person very loudly. I made sure the speaker was turned off and the volume was on 1/10. Hopefully Verizon fixes soon.
