Can Caller ID Readouts Be Turned Off On My Revere 3?

My phone "talks to me" when I get an incoming call or text, how do I turn it off and just get a ring tone? Thanks,Bll

HARSTINEBILL, help has arrived! Let's ensure those read out alerts cease. Please follow the below instructions:

1. Open the phone and press the OK key MENU .

2. Press Settings & Tools.

3. Press Accessibility.

4. Press Readout.
