That's a great question fleetwood1. I can certainly address this for you. The best way to save your texts via your computer would be via our Verizon Messages. You can learn more here: http://spr.ly/65868iQdK & http://spr.ly/65888iQdM

Thanks for your reply. Got an "unexpected error message has occurred". Could not get to the site. Respectfully,

Those links work so you might want to try from a different browser. Mary

Mary, Tried those two websites you sent me earlier with Opera, Pale moon, I E 11. Got the same error message, unexpected error has occurred. Remember several months ago looking over some of the stuff on messages from Verizon and remember most of that had to do with android phones. Remember this phone is a non-android phone.I believe the android phone and the non-android phone for the U360 have the same model number from Verizon. Thanks for your help. Respectfully,

The links work on a laptop, desktop, android tablet and android phone and I get no error messages. My computers are still running windows 7 and I use the latest IE. I tried from Firefox on the computer and that worked also so maybe try that. Very strange you can't get the pages to load on the Verizon site. Mary

Thanks Mary.I retired from the computer business and I don't understand it either. Looked at Bitpim but did not see that model of Samsung phone. I can certainly send a message to an email address but I've got lots of text messages. It would be kind of expensive and I don't see any way on the Samsung phone to send multiple text messages at one time. I will search further. Thanks for your help. Respectfully,
Ira

If you have a data plan, you could forward the texts to your e-mail. You also might try bitpim software:

Do you now need a data plan to send a text to an email address? You didn't used to I thought? Mary

Thanks for catching that, Mary. My brain was thinking texts to e-mails but apparently my fingers weren't listening!
I meant to type: If you have a text plan, you could forward the texts to your e-mail (without a text plan it could get pricey, depending on how many texts you need to send).
